Built on a square layout with a side of 27 meters and raised at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. It is a bricked two-story building maintained in the classicist style, with a courtyard in the middle. Surrounding the courtyard is a wooden porch providing access to the first-floor rooms. The ground floor houses the cloth halls. The facades are dominated by pilasters, with simplified Tuscan heads and a prominent roof cornice. The metal-sheet roof is flattened and pitched. It is listed in the register of monuments (reg. no. A-7/38).
