The workshops take place in the basement of Pałac Żelechów, full of natural nooks and crannies and winding underground corridors. Large tables made of solid wood, wooden benches, red-brick walls, vaulted arches, and stone floors add to the uniqueness of the rooms. This space, its atmosphere, and the smell of the beer being brewed encourage a meeting with the brewer.

A meeting with a professional palace brew master is an opportunity to learn some interesting facts and find answers to many questions. The meeting includes:

  • Tasting of three types of the palace beer
  • A workshop on the history of beer and a discussion of the differences in the production process over the years
  • The history of the beer production process
  • Learning about the work of brewery equipment
  • Discussing the ingredients essential for beer production

The workshops are led by our accomplished brew master.

A perfect end to the workshop is a bottle of the palace beer of the chosen variety. An item that everyone will be happy to take home with them. We recommend purchasing the bottles as a gift for all attendees.
